Our top floor, end unit is fully stocked with all the kitchen and beach equipment you'll need for a relaxing and sunny vacation in beautiful South Maui, a true tropical paradise. We're located in the heart of south Kihei, home to Maui's best beaches with stores, restaurants and all conveniences within an easy stroll from our ocean view condo.

RATES AND POLICIES

Rates are based on US Funds and are subject to change without notice.
All rates are subject to 13.42% Hawaii State Tax.
Published rates based on double occupancy and minimum of 7 nights.
Extra charge may be applied for additional guests and less than 7 night stays.
Maximum number of 4 guests.
$90.00 cleaning fee may be charged.
$300 security deposit is required within 7 days for securing reservation. $400 deposit required for 28+ day reservations.
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property and no pets are permitted.
Check in time is 3 p.m. ( No problem for late check in) Check out time is 11 a.m.
Please be aware that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Extra exercise equals extra mai-tais!

CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival. If unit is re-rented, we will pro-rate rent less $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival are subject to $100 cancellation fee.

High Season	Jan. 1 to Mar. 31	From $135 per night
Spring	April 1 to April 30	From $125 per night
Summer/Fall	May 1 to Dec. 7	From $95 per night
Holiday	Dec. 8 to Dec. 31	From $125 per night
If we have a space to fill, we may rent for less than 7 nights. ASK! Extra charge for additional guests. Discounts may be available for extended stays and last minute bookings. Please inquiry. We return calls and emails promptly!
If our condo is booked for the dates you want, we may be able to find other vacation rental condos in South Kihei through our referral network. please ask!
